All former students of Virginia and Chuck Radke are invited to celebrate the ways the Radkes impacted their lives Sunday, July 1, from 3 to 4:15 pm (note change in time from originally posted) in the north dining room at Regency Park Nursing and Rehab Center.
The Radkes taught piano lessons in their Grand Junction home for 30 years. Typically, Virginia taught younger students and Chuck taught the older students.
The appreciation reception is being planned by Gabrielle (Stier) Anderson, a former student of Chuck and a 1999 East Greene graduate. She wants to “let them know how much they mean to us and how they were so instrumental in our lives.”
A piano will be available for anyone who would like to play for the Radkes, and Anderson hopes people will share stories and tributes with the group. Refreshments will be served.
